The lesions of this form of cutaneous tuberculosis occur often onthe flexor aspect of the lower forearm, but also iu other regions of thebody, such as the integument covering the inner malleolus. Theplaques are distinctly circumscribed, ovoid in outline, and usuallycovered with minute pustules, fine vegetations, and thin crusts. Acharacteristic violaceous halo commonly surrounds the whole.
