In addition to this, large steamradiators have been installed, which greatly add tothe comfort of the employes. Systematic watchfulness maintained over workrooms, clothes closets, andin fact, over all parts of the main office, has donemuch to secure good sanitary conditions at thatpoint. Congestion certainly exists, but this is dueto inadequate space, which will, however, be rem-edied by the completion of the fine new branchpost office at the Grand Central Station until thenew general post office is A NEW SWING ROOM
