Thailand's Parliament voted 13th July to decide if the leader of The Move Forward party, Pita Limjaroenrat, who won the most seats in May's election, can become the new Prime Minister, ending 9 years of rule by former army chief Prayuth Chan-ocha. The local administration made available a nearby area with a good view of parliament. Pita Limjaroenrat lost the vote.
