The Torre Agbar at dusk in Barcelona, Spain on 26 July, iconic Torre Agbar in Barcelona, designed by the architect Jean Nouvel, will light last time the July 31. The Agbar Group, which occupies the property during a decade, next month will move to a new corporate headquarters in the Catalan capital. The new owner of the property, investment fund Capital Emin, will not light the building because of the spending cuts to be resolved by moratorium adopted by the City Council, which has stoped the project to transform the building into a luxury hotel managed by Grand Hyatt.
