Pescasseroli traditional "infiorata"

Every year, in Spring, the town of Pescasseroli holds its "infiorata" tradition, where the streets are decorated with floral designs. These used to be created using real flower petals but in recent years crayons are used instead. This local tradition is linked to religious habits that date back several hundreds of years.
