Republic of Korea Marines patrol as part of amphibious operations during KAMANDAG 6 at Naval Education, Training, and Doctrine Command, Zambales, Philippines, Oct. 7, 2022. This combined interoperability event involved members of the Marine Corps, Philippine Marine Corps, and the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. KAMANDAG is an annual bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and military designed to strengthen interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades shared experiences.
