No complicated parts to cause trouble. Operate on kerosene (coal oil). Con- sume one to two gallons in 24 hours, depending on where used. No fumes or smoke. Every drop of oil is utilized, reducing fuel cost to the minimum. Heat-equalizing Burner Shield of blued steel circulates heat like a pipeless furnace; keeps heat from floor around burner and also keeps chicks and litter clear of the flame. The gallon size oil bottle seats in, a rust-proof steel reservoir, with the oil supply always visible. Oil outlet has a screened cloth filter to exclude sedi- ment from the oil line of flexible tubing. Oil is turned on or off by a shut-off cock conveniently located. Automatic Thermostat Control regulates flow of oil to burner and main- tains proper brooding temperatures under canopy at all times; cannot entirely cut off oil flow.
