Oldest and youngest Senators leave meeting of isolationist bloc. Washington, , July 7. The isolationist bloc of the Senate met this morning in executive session to lay plans for the coming fight on the Neutrality Bill. Coincidently, the youngest and oldest members of the Senate attended the meeting at the office of Senator Hiram Johnson.
