This is now alsodesignated as the distinctive mark re-quired by the before-mentioned act andwill be worn by discharged officers andenlisted men alike. This also applies todischarged officers who accept commis-sions in the Officers Reserve Corps, un-til called to active duty, when the redchevron will be removed.
