The Floozie in the Jacuzzi, Victoria Square, Birmingham. The water fountain has recently been reinstalled (2022) after the water feature remained unused for a number of years and made into a garden. Initially In 1993, Victoria Square was pedestrianised and remodelled. This included the installation of a massive water feature. Around the rim of the upper pool is a quotation from Burnt Norton, one of the Four Quartets by TS Eliot: In and around the fountain are four works by Dhruva Mistry:

Created by artist Dhruva Mistry, the central area is officially known as The River and is a series of four works. The Floozie in the Jacuzzi weighs tonnes and represents 'the life force'. 'The River' is also a fountain and its 3,000 gallons per minute flow made it one of the largest in Europe. Two smaller figures sitting at the bottom of the fountain represent 'youth'. Two Sphinx-like animals made from the same Darley Stone as the Council House were carved in Cambridge and are called The Guardians. Other features include two abstract pillars with lamps, but Mistry did not define their meaning. The quotation carved into the stone around the lip of the main pool is taken from Burnt Norton, one of the Four Quartets by TS Eliot.
