SAN ANTONIO (Sept. 30, 2016) The Southwest High School's Mariachi Los Dragones performs at an Hispanic Heritage Month Observation at the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) hosted by the Navy Medicine Training Support Center (NMTSC) Diversity Council.
