SCHOFIELD BARRACKS, Hawaii – Soldiers from the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division pick-up the dunnage left over from the low cost low altitude (LCLA) loads dropped by the 25th Sustainment Brigade December 12, during a air delivery exercise at the Kahuku Training Area. The LCLA delivery method is used to resupply on-ground troops at less of cost and higher accuracy than a high altitude airdrop making it the preferred method for light-weight supplies.
