Jacob Nashlund, a cavalry scout assigned to Alpha Troop, 2nd Squadron, 101st Cavalry Regiment, 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team of the New York Army National Guard ,navigates a land navigation course during the 27th IBCT best warrior competition at Fort Drum, , Feb 11. The land navigation course was just one of many events which tested the contestants physical endurance and soldiering skills during the three day competition.
