Slough, UK. 26th February, 2024. A pro XL Bully Dogs postbox topper on a postbox in Slough, Berkshire with a sign saying "Stop BSL Punish The Deed, Not The Breed! Knitted by a Nanna of Two XL Bullies". From 1 February 2024 it became a criminal offence to own an XL Bully in England and Wales unless the owner has a Certificate of Exemption for the dog.
