Army Infantry soldiers from the 1-124th Infantry Battalion and 101st Infantry Battalion, conduct an Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) to begin the Expert Infantryman Badge (EIB) Qualification testing, Dec. 6, 2016, at Camp Lemmonier, Djibouti. To earn an EIB soldiers must score at least an 80 percent on the APFT, complete a day and night land navigation course, earn an expert qualification on their assigned weapon, complete a 12-mile foot march with an M4 rifle and a 35 pound load, and numerous Pass-or-Fail lanes with other infantryman tasks.
