Fore wing with vein 3 from near angle of cell; 4, 5 stalked ; 6 from upper angle; 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 stalked. Hind wing with the cell long; vein 2 from well before angle ; 3, 4, 5 from angle ; ^, 7 from upper angle ; 8 from near angle of cell and rudimentary; male with a fold on inner area, the tornus produced to a pointed lobe ; veins 3, 4, 5 fringed with long scales on underside. *896. Het. p. 165. 6 frons Head, thorax, and abdomen black j palpi in front, sides of fore co53e, and slight patches on tegulae and patagia white ^ abdomen shot with blue, and with traces of dorsal white line. Fore wing hyaline, the veins and margins black; the inner area very broadly black, and the ter- minal band expanding very widely on apical area. Hind wing hya- line, the costal area black; a black fascia along median ner- vure to the black apical area; the terminal black band expanding widely, and with dentate inner edge towards tornus ; the inner area and vein 2 black.
