The incident occurred during Operation Taylor Common, approximately 10 miles northeast of An Hoa, where Task Force Yankee, led by Assistant Division Commander Ben R. T. Dwyer, was stationed. The Task Force was situated around 23 miles southwest of Danang, Vietnam. This image was captured by LCpl Wright and is part of the Defense Department's collection (Marine Corps).
