The plants will need frequent hoeings, but should never be cultivated when the leaves are wot with dew or ram, as this will cause them to _ rust. Successive sowings made at inter- vals of about 2 weeks until the middle of -July will give a plentiful supply of Beans throughout the season. One quart of seed will sow 100 feet of drill; 2 bushels will sow an acre. For Beans sent by mail, add postage at the rate of 8 cts. per pint, 15 cts. per quart. 10-cent packets sent postpaid.
