Isfahan, Iran : The Friday Mosque, also known as "Great Mosque" or "Jame Mosque". It was built late in the XIth and early XIIth century. It went through remodeling many times and further additions and modifications took place incorporating elements from the Safavids. It's connected to the new city via the Grand Bazar.
