NORFOLK, Va. (July 10, 2018) Electrician’s Mate (Nuclear) 2nd Class Lucas Bilodeau, from Hartford, Connecticut, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) reactor department, receives his certificate of appointment to the rank of petty officer second class from Capt. Richard McCormack, Ford’s commanding officer. Bilodeau was promoted following his selection for the Meritorious Advancement Program.
