A special Mother's Day service steam train chugs slowly over the Victoria Bridge crossing the River Severn near Bewdley on a misty spring morning. Locomotive No. 34027 Taw Valley is an ex-Southern Railway train designed by O. V. S. Bulleid, built in Brighton, 1945 and is now in regular use on the Severn Valley Railway running between Kidderminster, Worcestershire and Bridgnorth in Shropshire.
