Congenital Diseases/Edema

A patient with congenital lymphoedema. The patient is raising his left leg, which has more abnormal swelling than in his right leg. The patient's left lower arm and hand also seems to be swollen. In congenital lymphoedema, oedema in the leg does not normally extend beyond the level of the knee. A patient with lymphoedema may complain of heaviness
