200511-N-SK929-1001 SANTA RITA, Guam (May 11, 2021) A Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Det. Guam installs stirrups for reinforced concrete columns on GM18-877: Convert Existing Outhouse to Restroom. The project will enable watchstanders at the Naval Magazine on Guam to maintain two person integrity with a permanent head facility adjacent to their post. NMCB 11 Det. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Major Combat Operations in the 7th Fleet areas of operation.
