NORFOLK (July 3, 2018) - Commander, Fleet Forces Command, Adm. Christopher Grady, and NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, Gen. Denis Mercier, salute while the Allied Command Transformation Color Guard parades the colors, during a Independence Day Flag Raising ceremony at Allied Command Transformation Headquarters. The event is held every year at NATO’s home in North America and is a symbol of honor to Allied Command Transformation’s host nation and strengthens trans-Atlantic bonds.
