Members of the "Our Future" children's club at the Secondary School, Tera, west Niger. 

Djamila (in a cream head-scarf) was given away by her uncle as a child bride as a third wife to a 40 year old man. Children in the club alerted the school principal and Fatima Soumana, Director of Child Protection for Tera. 

Fatima took the case to the local court and the judge annulled the marriage. 

The Children's Club is very important in these teenagers' lives and has allowed Djamila to reclaim her childhood.
