Malcolm Burgess shoots an M4 carbine March 15 during the SWAT Challenge at Fort Campbell, Ky. Burgess is a law enforcement officer with the Montgomery County (Tenn.) Sheriff’s Office. The marksmanship competition was the second of five events in the SWAT Challenge, this tested the physical, tactical and technical capabilities of multiple competing agencies.
