In the operation, performed in the Fuchsclinic, there was actually found a cavity covered with mucous memljranein the middle of the osteoma. Case .3.—S. W., female, forty-seven years old. Complete blindness. Therhinologic examination revealed the fact that a tumor, a cylindroma, wasgrowing out from the sphenoid sinus.
