Louisiana Heron sits on its nest of blue eggs. The breeding colors in full evidence with the blue lore, ruby eye, coppery aigrettes,white head plumes. She sits patiently upon the twigs so carefully gathered in preparation for the arrival of eggs and newly hatched chicks. Though the twig arranging is an on going process.
