The Queens Gallery is an art gallery that forms part of the Palace of Holyroodhouse complex. It was opened in 2002 by Queen Elizabeth ll, and it exhibits works from the Royal Collection and various traveling exhibitions. Holyroodhouse is the Queen's official residence in Edinburgh when she comes to visit and it sits facing the Scottish Parliament building in Edinburgh.
