Reddish pink berries of Euonymus europaeus 'Red Cascade', a hardy deciduous garden shrub or small tree. A native of Europe which flowers in May to June and fruits from September to November. It grows in sun or partial shade in any well drained soil. Euonymus are sometimes called Spindle Trees, because the wood from some species was traditional used to make spindles for spinning wool.
