Kiyoshi Ogawa, commanding general of the JGSDF Western Army, as he comes onboard for a tour of forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). Bonhomme Richard is the lead ship of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group and is forward-deployed to Sasebo, Japan in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
