The flesh is a rich, solid golden yellow, with star-like center of carmine or ruby-red. almost too beautiful to think of eating, yet its quality is as superior as its appearance. There is absolutely no core or hard spots in it. but the flesh is juicy, sweet, luscious, melting in the mouth almost like iee-eream.
