OAK HARBOR, Wash. (June 21, 2018) Commodore, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing Ten (CPRW-10), Capt. Kevin D. Long presents the Meritorious Service Medal to Cmdr. Jason R. Zaharris during the change of command ceremony for Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron (VQ-1) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Jeffery A. Walker relieved Cmdr. Jason R. Zaharris as commanding officer of the "World Watchers" of VQ-1.
