‘Volvo Ocean Race village’ Scheveningen Harbour, The Hague, The Netherlands, Friday 29th June 2018. King Willem-Alexander and The Mayor of The Hague Pauline krikke visited the ‘Volvo Ocean Race village’. His Majesty spoke with emergency and medical workers and an eye-witness to yesterday boating accident; in which two boats collided and an individual lost his life.
