The Codman Estate in Lincoln, MA. Overlooking a prospect of farm and pleasure grounds, this country seat, also known as “The Grange,” was a powerful force in the lives of five generations of the Codman family. Each generation that lived here left its mark, and the estate gradually came to symbolize the family's distinguished past. It was built c. 1740.
