This might be determined by making two exposures atright angles to each other—i. e., one laterally and the other antero-posteriorly. An anteroposterior skiagraph of the head, showing agreat amount of detail, is very difficult to make. It was soon foundthat all skiagraphs of the head must be made from side to side whensearching for foreign bodies in the eye or face. Several methodshave been used, some of which are very good, but the method ofDoctor Sweet is probably the best, and will be exclusively used here. 389 390 PRACTICAL ELECTRO-THERAPEUTICS AND X-RAY THERAPY.
