The last super moon, the harvest moon rises in the sky of Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. The Harvest Moon occurs every September, and aligns with the Autumnal Equinox. This is the time when the Earth's equator is almost directly in line with the centre of the Sun, and it is considered to be the first day of autumn.
