Airmen from the 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron set up a Project Arcwater tent frame, Aug. 10, 2022 on Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. Arcwater won the United States Air Force Spark Tank 2022 innovation competition, an annual event that allows Airmen and Guardians to pitch innovative ideas to senior leadership and eventually obtain approval for funding.
