(April 25, 2009) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Gary Roughead walks up the brow of the guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103) during the ship's commissioning ceremony. Truxtun, the 53rd Arliegh Burke-class destroyer, was named after Commodore Thomas Truxtun who was selected as one of the NavyХs first captains in 1798.
