The container delivery system is a commonly used method for the insertion of supplies quickly for military and contingency operations. Saber Junction 18 is a Army Europe-directed exercuse designed to assess the readiness of the 173rd Airborne Brigade to conduct unified land operations in a joint, combined environment and to promote interoperability with participating Allies and partner nations.
