This oneis about sixty feet wide and three stories high, with abasement. It was built by Alexander Smith & Sonsin 1871. About a quarter of a mile further up thebeautiful valley of the Nepperhan stands the thirdmill of this company. Like the other two, it is abrick building. It is four stories high, with a base-ment, being five hundred and eighty-four feet longand about fifty-five feet wide.
