The grass is a very permanent one and is especiallyvaluable for permanent pastures where the soils are nottoo dry. In the Western Central States it has done especiallywell. Should be sown with other grasses, as it does notcome to full bearing for two or three years. _ Our seed is choice ALOPECURUS PRATENSIS (Meadow Foxtail) A mixture for any permanent pasture should contain asample of this grass, which is valuable for moist meadowsand pastures, particularly the latter.
