Measurements.—Length of upper mandible 7-5, width of headplate 5-5, length 4-2, tibia 7-1, tarsus+metatarsus 8-1, total length 29 mm. This may prove to be a variety of either S. erythronotoides or S. erythronota, though it differs from both in the longer and less curved flagellum, and also in the greater length of the lower jaw as compared with the upper.
