1st Lt. Anneliese Casey, an optometrist assigned to 77458th Medical Backfill Bn. located in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, works with local residents at La Teresita community center. Casey is one of approximately 125 Army Reserve Soldiers who are working in partnership with the Texas A&M Colonias program to provide medical care to Webb County’s underserved colonias population.
