YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 18, 2017) - Sailors attached to 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), play USS Benfold (DDG-65) during Morale, Welfare and Recreation Yokosuka's Men's 11-on-11 Soccer Championship. Blue Ridge's men's soccer team beat Benfold's team 2-1 for the championship. Blue Ridge is in an extensive maintenance period in order to modernize the ship to continue to serve as a robust communications platform in the 7th Fleet area of operations.
