YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 22, 2022) — Vice Adm. Yancy Lindsey, Commander, Navy Installations Command, speaks with Abreu Esteban, housing director onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) during his visit to Ajisai Heights, one of CFAY’s newly renovated residential buildings for families, during a base tour. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
