If the proposed ordinance is laid onthe table or meets with adverse actionon the part of the Mayor or the CityCouncil the proposition will be sub-mitted to the voters for decision at acoming election. A printed copy of the ordinance willbe sent by the Detroit United Railwayto each of the 320,000 registered votersof Detroit to afford them an oppor-tunity to study the ordinance provisionsprior to the election.
