Gen. L. Scott Rice addressed a group of nearly 100 New York Air National Guardsmen during his visit to the Eastern Air Defense Sector on Aug. 1. Rice was accompanied by Mrs. Nancy Rice and the Chief Master Sgt. Ronald Anderson, the Command Chief Master Sgt., Air National Guard.
