An Indian gold-mounted khanjarli, Deccan, 18th century, Curved wootz Damascus blade with cut fullers on both sides, the base decorated with gold-plated, chiselled ornaments. Gold-plated, iron grip frame with gold-riveted ivory grip scales made of three peaces each. Original, leather-covered wooden scabbard painted in colour (damaged at the point and on the side).
