Sgt. 1st Class Hector Jasso Jr. and Maj. Tanvi Patel, both from 17th Field Artillery Brigade, provide over-watch during injured reserve workouts with manual in hand, to insure no further injuries, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Feb. 22, 2017. The soldiers that are being observed are enrolled into an injured reserve statue due to an injury and conduct daily workouts that offer a completely tailored recovery plan for each soldier in the unit.
